REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with anything that they purchase from us. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately so we can advise you on the best way to get a replacement or a refund. We will accept returns for up to 90 days after the order is placed.

For returns: email us at support@personalizedbibles.com, make the subject of the email “BIBLE RETURN”, include your invoice number and a brief reason for the return or call us at (561) 621-7111 so we can immediately rectify the situation.

IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION

If you just placed an order and would like an immediate cancellation:

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours (often the same day), so if you have an order that you just placed and you need a change, kindly let us know immediately, so we can reverse the order if it has not yet shipped.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you received your order and the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in any other way:

Please call us at (561) 621-7111 so we are aware of the issue and can assist you in the return/exchange; or email us at support@personalizedbibles.com, make the subject of the email “BIBLE RETURN”, include your invoice number and a brief reason for the return/exchange. Please let us know in the email if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.

Please include a copy of the invoice (or order number) and a brief explanation with the return.

Send returns via USPS Media mail, which is the lowest cost option to send media.

The customer is responsible for providing a label and the cost of shipping the item back to us, however; we will either refund the full purchase price (including tax, imprinting and shipping) to the customer or we will pay for a replacement (including tax, shipping and imprinting).

Customer will be refunded within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.

In order to insure your 100% satisfaction, we have a 90 day unconditional guarantee. We will do everything we can to make this an amazing experience or we will give you your money back. 

We do not charge any return fees including restocking fees whatsoever.

Since most of our orders include a custom imprint which make it so that we can no longer resell, all we ask is that you send the unwanted (damaged or incorrect) merchandise to us, so that we can donate it to a worthy cause upon return.

Once we receive the returned merchandise we will refund the purchase within 5 business days via the same form used to make the original purchase.
