REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with anything that they purchase from us. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately so we can advise you on the best way to get a replacement or a refund (if possible). 

We will accept returns for up to 60 days after the order is placed on any non-imprinted item. Unfortunately, we cannot return or refund imprinted items (unless there is a defect or error on out part).

If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped item form us, kindly send us an email or give us a call, so we can fix the problem right away.

For returns: email us at support@personalizedbibles.com, make the subject of the email “BIBLE RETURN”, please include your invoice number (order number) and a brief reason for the return.

Unfortunately, we cannot return items once they are imprinted. Obviously, once they are customized with your information, we cannot resell or reuse these items.

IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION

If you just placed an order and would like an immediate cancellation:

Please call us at (561) 621-7111 so we can stop the shipment and refund your sale; or email us at support@personalizedbibles.com, make the subject of the email “BIBLE RETURN”, include your invoice number (order number) and a brief reason for the return.

Kindly do your best to contact us right away, especially if you are having a customized or imprinted order so we can stop the order before imprinting.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you received your order and the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in any other way:

Please call us at (561) 621-7111 so we are aware of the issue and can assist you in the return/exchange; or email us at support@personalizedbibles.com, make the subject of the email “BIBLE RETURN”, include your invoice number (order number) and a brief reason for the return/exchange. Please let us know in the email if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.

For items approved for return:

Send returns via USPS Media mail, which is the lowest cost option to send media.

The customer is responsible for providing a label and the cost of shipping the item back to us, however, in the case of a defective product); we will either refund the full purchase price (including tax, imprinting and shipping) to the customer or we will pay for a replacement (including tax, shipping and imprinting).

Approved returns will be refunded within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.

LATE SHIPMENT

Please see our shipping policy for rates and delivery time. 

To briefly recap our shipping policy… It takes about 5 business days for processing and imprinting. It is then shipped to you via the method you chose (4-8 business days for expedited, and 5-14 business days for regular). 

The delivery time via the US Post Office is out of our hands, so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
