Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with anything that they purchase from us. Unfortunately, for imprinted bibles, we cannot accept return items once they are correctly imprinted.
For non-imprinted bibles that need to be returned: please email us at support@personalizedbibles.com and include your order number and a brief reason for the return, and we will reply with instructions. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you received your order and the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in any way, please email us at support@personalizedbibles.com, include your invoice number (order number) and a brief description of the defect. We will make it right.
